Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled Registered Nurses (RGN) to join our team at Nurseplus. As an RGN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and communicating effectively with patients and families.

Responsibilities

  1. Patient Care

You will develop and implement personalized care plans for patients, conduct regular assessments, and record observations. You will also administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and maintain accurate records and reports.

  1. Communication

You will communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing emotional support and reassurance when needed. You will also liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and refer patients to other specialists as necessary.

Requirements

  • Current NMC registration
  • 6 months' paid experience in the UK
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Flexibility to travel and work varying shifts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
