We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to join our team on a full-time night basis at our modern nursing home in Southport, Merseyside.
Care Home Overview: Our 60-bedded nursing home provides care to vulnerable adults living with dementia and challenging behaviors. We have a Good CQC rating and pride ourselves on offering compassionate and kind care to all residents.
Job Description: As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents
- To lead by example, promoting a culture of respect, dignity, and compassion in the care we provide
- To maintain accurate records, contributing to the overall quality and safety of care
- To work effectively with colleagues, developing strong relationships built on trust and open communication
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- A valid NMC registration number (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
- Full eligibility to work and live in the UK
- Genuine passion for elderly care and a desire to make a difference in the lives of our residents
- Previous care home experience advantageous, but not essential
Benefits:
- A competitive hourly rate of £22.05 + paid breaks
- A permanent contract with guaranteed hours
- 28 days paid annual leave (pro rata)
