About the Role:

  • Establish and manage sales targets to achieve hotel revenue goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to secure new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales performance.
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to the sales team to optimize their performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales or a related sales role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

Estimated Salary: £35,400 based on experience, 40-hour contract.
