About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at Nexgen Group. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance services to our clients in and around Swindon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out lawn cutting and landscape gardening tasks to maintain high standards of presentation and safety.
  • Perform greenkeeping tasks, including hedge pruning and spraying, to ensure our clients' sites are well-maintained.
  • Operate a van provided by the company to travel to client sites.
Requirements
  • Hold a manual UK driving license.
  • Have previous experience in grounds or gardening environments.
  • Be IT literate, with the ability to use tablet and smartphone apps.
  • Have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
