About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at Nexgen Group, a leading provider of professional Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform lawn cutting and landscape gardening tasks to maintain high-quality grounds
  • Conduct greenkeeping and greenkeeper tasks to ensure optimal turf health
  • Prune hedges and spray vegetation as required
Requirements
  • IT literacy, including the use of tablets and smartphone apps
  • Manual UK driving license and access to a van
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Previous experience in grounds or gardening environments
  • Local to the Swindon area
