## Job Title: Mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at Nexgen Group. As an award-winning provider of professional Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance services, we recognize the importance of investing in our people.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain high-quality grounds and landscapes on client sites
* Perform lawn cutting, landscape gardening, greenkeeping, hedge pruning, and spraying tasks
* Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard and in line with company policies

### Requirements:

* IT literate with experience using tablet and smartphone apps
* Manual UK driving license with access to a van
* Excellent communication skills (English) and ability to work independently
* Previous experience in grounds or gardening environment
* Local to the area

### What We Offer:

* Competitive hourly rate of £11.45
* 37.5 hours per week
* Opportunity to work on a portfolio of client sites in and around Swindon
