About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at Nexgen Group. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients in and around Swindon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lawn maintenance and cutting
  • Landscape gardening and landscaping
  • Greenkeeping and greenkeeper tasks
  • Hedge pruning and spraying
Requirements
  • IT literacy and ability to use tablet and smartphone apps
  • Manual UK driving license and access to a van
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Previous experience in grounds or gardening environment
  • Local to the Swindon area
