About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled Building Services Lead to join our team in the UK and Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation of 7 buildings, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with health and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and developing strategies to improve performance. They will also have a strong focus on customer satisfaction, setting high standards for service delivery and promoting continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the building services team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve energy efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review progress and discuss areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of building maintenance and compliance.
  • Develop and manage disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Oversee operating and maintenance budgets and annual service charge budgets.
  • Coordinate external risk assessments, audits, and reviews.
  • Lead efforts to achieve ISO standards in building operations.
  • Implement initiatives to reduce energy consumption and improve EPC ratings.
What We Offer
  • Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum.
  • Generous holiday entitlement: 25-28 days per year.
