Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Payroll Manager to lead our UK and Ireland payroll operations. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely payment of our 4000+ employees.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing consultancy organisation with ambitious plans for expansion. As Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our payroll, including workload management, recruitment, training, and development of a team of five.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the effective running of our UK and Ireland payroll operations
  2. Lead the team responsible for delivering payroll and pension services across the region
  3. Establish and maintain an effective end-to-end payroll process
  4. Champion automation and drive efficiency improvements
  5. Manage a team of five payroll specialists

About You

We are looking for a highly experienced Payroll Manager with a proven track record of leading payroll operations in a large corporate organisation. You will have in-depth knowledge of payroll systems, taxation, and national insurance rules, as well as experience of DC/DB pension schemes and pension compliance.
