We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Trainee Career Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in custody to achieve their career goals and aspirations.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Career Advisor to work with a diverse range of individuals, providing guidance and support to help them build the skills and confidence they need to succeed in their careers. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality services, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional and impartial guidance to individuals in custody, helping them to identify their career goals and develop a plan to achieve them.
- Work closely with our team to deliver a range of services, including information, advice, and guidance, to support individuals in their career development.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our career development programs, ensuring that they are tailored to meet the needs of our clients.
