We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Kennedy-Donovan Center Inc. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in empowering children to meet their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify areas of need
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication and language skills
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:

  • Current Massachusetts CCC-SLP License
  • 2+ years of experience working with children
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in technology and able to maintain accurate records

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent movement within the classroom, including kneeling, bending, and lifting
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds alone and 51+ pounds with assistance
