We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated accreditedPsychotherapistto join our friendly adult community mental health team in Great Yarmouth. Our community services are at the cusp of important service transformations and we are looking for someone who will be able to develop and promote psychologically informed working within the community team, alongside the more traditional provision of psychological therapies.

Please note that we only will shortlist applicants who have completed their qualification and can already work independently as a psychotherapist.

We are looking for someone with experience of working psychologically with adults with complex presentations associated with community mental health.

The role is both varied and challenging. We are seeking someone who would be able to carry out assessments for therapy suitability, individual and group therapy, psychological consultation and clinical supervision to the multi-disciplinary teams and deliver teaching and training for staff.

As part of the post holder development, we are willing to consider opportunities for further training in evidence-based psychological interventions.
