Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Sales Administrator to join our team in Birkenhead. As a key administrative support specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales department.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Administering employee timesheets and tracking attendance
  • Maintaining accurate records of staff movements, annual leave, and other personnel-related data
  • Raising purchase orders and processing sales invoices using Sage/Trax software
  • Preparing and distributing documents as needed
  • Providing administrative support during meetings and accurately recording minutes

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong administration experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Sage/Trax software

Our company offers a competitive salary of £31,500 per annum, commensurate with your skills and experience.
