Job Summary

The VIP Operations Manager will play a key role in supporting the success of our events and customer experience initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing the VIP experience, including invitation management, data analysis, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, customer service, and data analysis, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • VIP Data and Digital Management
    • Manage the VIP database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
    • Collaborate with the data team to analyze and report on VIP data
    • Develop and maintain digital tools to support VIP operations
  • Invitation Process Management
    • Curate and review invitation lists for events
    • Work closely with regional teams to complete invitation reviews
    • Manage the sending of invitations and tracking of responses
  • VIP Inbox Team Management
    • Manage a team of temporary VIP inbox staff
    • Oversee the budget for VIP inbox staff
    • Ensure clear communication and efficient workflow within the team
  • VIP Consultant Support
    • Support VIP consultants in planning and executing events
    • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure smooth execution of events

  • Proven experience in project management and customer service
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and data analysis
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
