About the Role
Trust Hire is seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our team in Nottingham. As a key figure in our organization, you will lead and manage a dedicated team to deliver exceptional care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practice guidelines. You will also foster a positive and inclusive environment for both staff and service users, promoting their independence and well-being.

A strong understanding of learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge is essential for this role. You should have proven experience in managing supported living services or similar settings, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. Estimated salary: 43,500.
