IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join our team at dnata Travel Group. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing first and second-level technical support to ensure the stable operation of our infrastructure.
This role involves managing incidents, responding to queries, and investigating the cause and resolution of technical issues. You will also be responsible for providing progress updates to staff and stakeholders, and for escalating incidents as required.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office software. You will also need to have experience in troubleshooting desktop and laptop hardware issues, as well as experience in using an ITSM tool such as ServiceNow or Manage Engine.
We are looking for a highly organized and communicative individual who is able to work effectively in a team environment. If you have a strong passion for IT and a desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incidents and respond to queries
- Investigate and resolve technical issues
- Provide progress updates to staff and stakeholders
- Escalate incidents as required
- Update Service Desk Knowledge repository and technical training material
Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office software
- Experience in troubleshooting desktop and laptop hardware issues
- Experience in using an ITSM tool such as ServiceNow or Manage Engine
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Full clean driving license
