About Your Responsibilities

As an Early Years/Nursery Practitioner at KiddyKare, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and delivering engaging activities tailored to each child's needs, promoting their development towards key milestones
  • Fostering strong relationships with parents and carers
  • Ensuring child safety, protection, health, and wellbeing
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy, and safe environment
What We're Looking For

We are seeking candidates who:

  • Hold a Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
  • Have prior experience working with children (ideally in nursery settings)
  • Demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for making learning engaging and enjoyable for children
  • Are skilled at building trust and rapport with colleagues and parents
  • Utilize effective communication strategies when interacting with children and adults
  • possess in-depth knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and relevant legislation
