Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction.
  • Manage the restaurant's operations, including rostering, labour forecasting, revenue management, and inventory control.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the Sous Chef to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
  • Manage the Sommelier to ensure accurate wine lists and upselling targets are met.

Candidate Specifications:
  • Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
  • Excellent grooming standards and ability to set a good example to team members.
  • Previous experience in a luxury 5* resort or hotel as a Restaurant Manager is essential.
  • Knowledge of F&B standards, quality of presentation, service, and products.
  • Knowledge of local Food Hygiene and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to prepare and analyse data, figures, and transcriptions.
