Accounting and Financial Planning Manager

We are seeking a talented Management Accountant to join our finance team at British Gymnastics. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our strategic objectives.
Main Responsibilities- Manage the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
- Develop and implement financial models and forecasts.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA).
- Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience.
- A salary in the range £26,699.00 to £30,000.00 per annum.
- 37 hours per week.
- 39 days annual leave including Bank Holidays and Company days.
- Salary sacrifice pension scheme.
- Two wellbeing days per year.
- Weekly exercise and wellbeing hours.
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be able to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
