We're seeking dedicated individuals who can provide high-quality care and support to children in our residential service. As a Children's Activity and Intervention Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in creating a nurturing environment that promotes the well-being and development of our young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing therapeutic care and support to children with complex needs
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to promote positive outcomes
  • Collaborating with the care team to ensure a cohesive approach to care and support
  • Participating in outdoor and adventure activities to promote physical and emotional well-being

Requirements
  • A level 3 diploma in residential childcare (desirable)
  • A full driving licence issued in the UK (essential)
  • Full right to work in the UK with no restrictions (essential)
  • Values in line with Esland's, including a therapeutic and person-centred approach to care
  • A keen interest in outdoor and adventure activities
  • Aged 21 or above (essential)
