About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and supportive individual to join our team as a Children's Activity and Intervention Support Worker. You will work closely with our young people, providing high levels of therapeutic care and helping them achieve amazing outcomes.
- You will be working in a two-bed service that offers immediate intervention and trauma-informed, therapeutic support to children who require stabilisation and security.
- The placement provides PACE principle residential care, access to education, and participation in outdoor/adventure activities, promoting holistic development.

Your ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Providing nurturing and supportive care to our young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
- Developing and implementing individualised plans to address the specific needs and goals of each child.
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver a comprehensive range of services, including education, therapy, and activity-led interventions.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Full driving licence issued in the UK (essential).

- A keen interest in outdoor and adventure activities (essential).
- Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above (essential).
