About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Butcher Manager to join our team at Graham Eyes High Class Butchers. As a key member of our SPAR store team, you will be responsible for leading our butchery department and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a small team of butchers to deliver high-quality products and services
- Develop and implement effective stock management and ordering procedures
- Ensure compliance with food safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
Requirements
- Proven experience in a butchery or retail management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of HACCP procedures and food safety regulations
