The Opportunity

We have an excellent opportunity for a Compliance Advisor to join our Land Recovery team. As a Compliance Advisor - Land Recovery, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to environmental regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Contribute to the development of quality, safety and environmental management systems in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
  2. Support the collation and monitoring of quality, safety and environmental performance KPIs.
  3. Represent the business during external audits and authority visits.
  4. Maintain a sound understanding of health, safety and environmental legislation in both Rail and Non-Rail sectors.
  5. Promote a positive culture across the business.

Skills and Qualifications

  • A proven record of success in compliance with strong understanding and exposure to ISO, RISQS, FORS.
  • Experience in the rail industry (desirable).
  • NEBOSH General Certificate (desirable).
  • A full UK driving licence with willingness to travel to sites around the UK.
  • IT literacy in Microsoft 365 applications.
