Job Title: Programme Management Specialist

We seek an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage change initiatives, ensuring successful transition and implementation of new processes and systems. As part of our delivery team, you will work on extensive programmes involving new build facilities and infrastructure refurbishment.

This role requires a seasoned professional with experience in multi-million-pound infrastructure construction, refurbishment, and replacement programmes within a complex regulated environment. Strong change control and risk management skills are vital for this position.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute detailed project plans, covering timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  2. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals efficiently, adhering to time, budget, and quality expectations.
  3. Implement robust change control and risk management procedures to mitigate potential issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Accreditation as a NEC4 ECC Project Manager
  • SMSTS certification
  • APM qualification
  • Chartered status (e.g., CIOB)

Security Clearance Requirement

Candidates must hold, or be eligible for, SC clearance.

Hybrid Work Arrangement

This role combines onsite work at Helensburgh, Glasgow City Centre, and home-based work.

Estimated Annual Remuneration

£65,000 - £85,000, based on experience.
