About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Social Care Practitioner to join our team in providing support to adults in need. As a key member of our staff, you will be working with vulnerable individuals, applying your skills and knowledge to ensure their well-being and safety.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality social care services to adults in need, adhering to statutory duties under relevant legislation.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for service users.
  • Conduct mental capacity assessments and develop effective risk management plans.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A good understanding of statutory duties under the Care Act 2014, MHA 1983, and MCA 2005.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work in a complex, high-pressure environment.
