We are pleased to be working with Totum Partners, a forward-thinking professional services firm, on a search for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Communications Director. This role will lead and manage the firm's strategic and day-to-day marketing communications, driving business growth and enhancing the firm's reputation.

This is a high-profile role with the opportunity to make a significant impact by developing and implementing firm-wide communications aligned with strategic goals, overseeing PR, directories, awards, and rankings, and managing the firm's reputation and corporate messaging.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing communications strategy to support business growth and enhance the firm's reputation.
  • Oversee the development and execution of PR, directories, awards, and rankings initiatives to manage the firm's reputation and corporate messaging.
  • Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging content across all platforms (written, audio, video) to support business growth and enhance the firm's brand identity.
  • Act as the firm's brand guardian, ensuring a cohesive visual identity and supporting the HR team on employer branding initiatives.
  • Manage digital strategy to drive business growth and enhance the firm's online presence.
  • Lead the Marketing Communications Team and manage relationships with external suppliers (PR, SEO, design agencies) to ensure ROI on all marketing activities.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong leadership and project management skills with experience in marketing communications in a professional services environment.
  • Proven track record in content creation, digital marketing, and brand management.
  • Ability to manage external suppliers and agencies, including PR and SEO firms.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
