**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Associate Director - Strategic Communications Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience working for a consultancy, with extensive strategic communications experience across government and corporate sectors. This role involves relocating from the UK to Saudi Arabia, and the candidate should have a keen interest in the Saudi Arabian market and international opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Develop and implement comprehensive strategic communication plans for government and corporate clients.

Lead high-profile communication projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.

Provide strategic counsel on media relations, crisis communication, and public affairs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated communication solutions.

Leverage UK market experience to inform and enhance communication strategies.

Monitor industry trends and provide insights on best practices and emerging strategies.

Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Represent the consultancy at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

**Qualifications:**

Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic communications, with a proven track record in a consultancy setting.

Extensive experience in the UK market, with strong relationships in the industry.

Demonstrated success in managing high-profile government and corporate communication projects.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to provide innovative solutions to complex communication challenges.

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
