Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Science Director to join our team at X4 Communications. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients across the biotech and pharmaceutical industries.

The Role:

  • Develop and implement strategic communications plans to drive business growth and impact.
  • Lead a team of communications professionals to deliver high-quality results and exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development and revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a healthcare communications agency or in-house role.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with a proven ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Highly organized, independent, and calm under pressure.
  • A keen content creator with experience in journalistic writing, press releases, public policy, speeches, corporate policy, Q&As, briefing documents, and more.
  • Solid experience in corporate communications and business development.
