As a Relief Lodge Manager with Churchill Estates Management Ltd, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retirement developments. You will be responsible for covering the absences of permanent Lodge Managers on an "as and when" basis, providing a first-class service to our Owners and managing the maintenance of the property.

Based at a central desk within the development, you will be a visible and reassuring presence, administering the office and arranging contractors to maintain the building. You will also facilitate social events and support the sales team with customer viewings, playing a key role in the business and liaising with various departments and external contacts.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a compassionate and outgoing personality, with a love of people and socialising. You will also need to be computer literate and have previous experience of using Outlook.

We are looking for someone who is able to work independently on their own initiative, while also being happy to work as part of a team. Previous property management, social housing, retail, care work, customer or hospitality experience would be advantageous.
