About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a compassionate Relief Lodge Manager to join our team. As a Relief Lodge Manager, you will cover the absences of permanent Lodge Managers on an 'as and when' basis at Lodges within reasonable travelling distance for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the maintenance of the property and provide a first-class service to Owners
  • Be a visible and reassuring presence, administering the office and arranging contractors to maintain the building
  • Facilitate social events and support the sales team with customer viewings
  • Liaise with a range of departments and external contacts

About You

We are looking for someone with an outgoing and friendly personality, a love of people and socialising, and the ability to act with sensitivity and diplomacy. You will also need to be computer literate with previous experience of using Outlook.

Requirements:

  • Previous property management, social housing, retail, care work, customer or hospitality experience would be advantageous
  • Ability to work independently on your own initiative
