About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate Relief Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a Relief Lodge Manager, you will cover the absences of permanent Lodge Managers on an "as and when" basis at Lodges within reasonable travelling distance for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the maintenance of the property and provide a first-class service to Owners
  • Be a visible and reassuring presence, administering the office and arranging contractors to maintain the building
  • Facilitate social events and support the sales team with customer viewings
  • Liaise with a range of departments and external contacts

Requirements:

  • Previous property management, social housing, retail, care work, customer or hospitality experience would be advantageous
  • Computer literate with previous experience of using Outlook
  • Outgoing and friendly personality with a love of people and socialising
  • Ability to act with sensitivity and diplomacy, while also having the efficiency and assertiveness to manage the safety of the Owners and the security of the developments

We offer a competitive pay rate of £11.53 per hour, plus mileage reimbursed. Annual holiday calculation based on annual entitlement of 24 days + Bank Holidays, pro-rated for hours worked. Life Assurance also provided.
