As a Relief Lodge Manager with Churchill Estates Management Ltd, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retirement developments. You will be responsible for covering the absences of permanent Lodge Managers on an "as and when" basis, providing a first-class service to our Owners and managing the maintenance of the property.

Based at a central desk within the development, you will be a visible and reassuring presence, administering the office and arranging contractors to maintain the building. You will also facilitate social events and support the sales team with customer viewings, playing a key role in the business and liaising with a range of departments and external contacts.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an outgoing and friendly personality, with a love of people and socialising. You will also need to be able to act with sensitivity and diplomacy, while having the efficiency and assertiveness to manage the safety of our Owners and the security of the developments.

We are looking for someone who is computer literate, with previous experience of using Outlook. Previous property management, social housing, retail, care work, customer or hospitality experience would be advantageous.
