Relief Lodge Manager

We are seeking a compassionate Relief Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a Relief Lodge Manager, you will cover the absences of permanent Lodge Managers on an "as and when" basis at Lodges within reasonable travelling distance for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the maintenance of the property and provide a first-class service to Owners
- Be a visible and reassuring presence, administering the office and arranging contractors to maintain the building
- Facilitate social events and support the sales team with customer viewings
- Liaise with a range of departments and external contacts
About You
We are looking for someone with an outgoing and friendly personality, a love of people and socialising, and the ability to act with sensitivity and diplomacy. You will also need to be computer literate with previous experience of using Outlook.
Previous property management, social housing, retail, care work, customer or hospitality experience would be advantageous.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive pay rate of £11.53 per hour, plus mileage reimbursed. You will also receive subsistence allowance should an overnight stay be required, annual holiday calculation based on annual entitlement of 24 days + Bank Holidays, pro-rated for hours worked, and life assurance.
