Collections Analyst Job Description

Catalent Pharma Solutions is seeking a skilled Collections Analyst to join our team in Swindon. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in driving cash collection and maximizing cash flow to the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process web billing invoices daily by uploading them to customer portals.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely payments from customers.
  • Investigate and resolve customer disputes promptly.
  • Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to drive prompt resolutions to outstanding queries.
  • Analyze and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Attend calls with internal stakeholders to discuss issues and agree resolutions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Math & English.
  • Demonstrable Account Receivable experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to have difficult conversations with tact and diplomacy.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
