This role sits within the Central London team and is responsible for driving long-term commercial relationships with top SMB and Mid-Market brands on Uber Eats. As a Senior Commercial Account Manager, you will take ownership of your territory - collaborating with partners to grow their business sustainably, while delivering an exceptional user experience on our platform.

You will work closely with the Territory Ops Manager to define the strategy of the territory, and the Sales team to help grow Uber Eats' selection of London's favorite restaurants. This role requires a combination of relationship management, business strategy, operational excellence, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of local favorite London restaurants and drive growth and profitability.
  • Lead commercial discussions with SMB and Mid-Market partners to build sustainable long-term partnerships.
  • Develop plans with partners to grow their business through adding locations, experimenting with new business models, or growing same-location sales.
  • Work with Marketing and Consumer Ops to improve brand strength and customer funnel.
  • Drive operational improvement with partners to deliver an exceptional user experience.

What You Will Need:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in account management or a relevant commercial role.
  • Previous customer-facing experience at executive levels and a track record of outperforming business goals.
  • Ability to fuse business, strategy, finance, and legal concepts to lead complex deals.
  • Confident in making data-led decisions and using sound business judgment.
  • Strong project management skills and executive presence.

Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum. Considered a high-growth industry with opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
