James Gray Associates is seeking a highly skilled Reward and Benefits Advisor to join their team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date HR records, accurately entering payroll data, and assisting with pension administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records in company systems.
  • Enter payroll data and assist with pension administration.
  • Support annual benefit enrolments and day-to-day benefit scheme management.
  • Assist in the annual salary and bonus review process.
  • Conduct benchmarking, job matching, and support data production/analysis for HR metrics.
  • Compile HR metrics from various sources, including payroll, surveys, and competitor analysis.
  • Support the development of HR-related software, including Cascade.
  • Produce reports and data as needed to meet business requirements.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in a similar role (Reward, Benefits & Data Advisor).
  • Proficient in HR Management Systems and Excel.
  • Skilled in creating spreadsheets, charts, and presentations.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities.
  • Knowledgeable in HR operations including hiring, payroll, and benefits.
