Sales Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at Job Box Recruitment Limited.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the daily operations of the office
  • Handling emails, post, and telephone communications
  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Scanning and filing documents
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers
  • Raising invoices and preparing official correspondence
  • Maintaining office equipment and ensuring a tidy and organized workspace

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of sales administration experience in a professional environment
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Experience with setting up and maintaining databases, such as Excel
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
