Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve high levels of engagement and performance.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by maintaining a high standard of service and ensuring every customer leaves with a positive impression of 18montrose.
  • Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets by driving individual and team performance, monitoring KPIs, and providing feedback to staff.
  • Maintain store presentation and ensure merchandise is displayed according to company guidelines.
  • Oversee stock levels, ensure accurate stocktaking, and manage replenishment processes to keep the store well-stocked.
  • Ensure all store operations are carried out efficiently, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols.
  • Support the development of your team by providing ongoing coaching, training, and mentoring.
  • Act as a role model for the team by embodying the 18montrose brand values and ethos in every aspect of your work.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably within a premium fashion or lifestyle brand.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for fashion, trends, and the retail industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
