Job Title: Lead Lecturer
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Lead Lecturer at the Fashion Retail Academy. As a key member of our academic staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment experiences for our students on our Level 4 Fashion Retail course.
About the Role:
- Deliver lectures, tutorials, and workshops to students on the Level 4 Fashion Retail course.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to engage students and promote learning.
- Assess student work and provide constructive feedback to support student progress.
- Contribute to the development of course materials and resources.
- Participate in academic meetings and contribute to the development of academic policies and procedures.
About You:
- You will have a strong background in fashion retail or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a teaching or training role.
- You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and external partners.
- You will be able to demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
