Job Title: Mobile Fabric Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Fabric Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CV Library. As a Mobile Fabric Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance and repairs to all aspects of plumbing systems within commercial properties, as well as general maintenance to the building fabrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance and repairs to plumbing systems
  • Perform general maintenance to building fabrics, including carpentry, painting, and patch plastering
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve maintenance goals
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients

Requirements:

  • Qualified plumber with NVQ level 2 or 3
  • Previous experience in maintenance and repairs, or a willingness to transition into maintenance
  • Driving licence and ability to use a van
