Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance and repairs to plumbing systems
  • Conduct general maintenance to building fabrics, including carpentry, painting, and patch plastering
  • Work on a mobile basis, visiting sites across the Salisbury area and beyond
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective maintenance and repair services

Requirements:

  • Qualified plumber with NVQ level 2 or 3
  • Previous experience in maintenance and repairs, or a willingness to learn
  • Driving licence and ability to use a van
