Job Title: Mobile Fabric Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Fabric Maintenance Engineer to join our team in the Salisbury area. As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance and repairs to plumbing systems in commercial properties, with some domestic work also involved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance and repairs to plumbing systems in commercial properties
  • Perform general maintenance to building fabrics, including carpentry, painting, and patch plastering
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve maintenance goals
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients

Requirements:

  • Qualified plumber with NVQ level 2 or 3
  • Previous experience in maintenance and repairs, or a willingness to transition into maintenance
  • Driving licence and ability to use a van
