Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our team at ThriveSW Limited. As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance and repairs to plumbing systems in commercial properties, as well as general maintenance to building fabrics such as carpentry, painting, and patch plastering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance and repairs to plumbing systems in commercial properties
  • Perform general maintenance to building fabrics such as carpentry, painting, and patch plastering
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
Requirements:
  • Qualified plumber with NVQ level 2 or 3
  • Previous experience of maintenance and repairs, although this company is open to good plumbers keen to get into maintenance
  • Driving licence and ability to use a van
