We are seeking a skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our team at THRIVESW LIMITED. As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance and repairs to plumbing systems within commercial properties, as well as general maintenance to building fabrics such as carpentry, painting, and patch plastering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance and repairs to plumbing systems
  • Conduct general maintenance to building fabrics, including carpentry, painting, and patch plastering
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
Requirements:
  • Qualified plumber with NVQ level 2 or 3
  • Previous experience of maintenance and repairs, or a willingness to learn and develop skills
  • Valid driving license and ability to use a company van
