As a Healthwatch Engagement Officer, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to have a voice in the services they use. Healthwatch Swindon is part of TCF, a charity dedicated to building socially inclusive communities through regional Healthwatch services, Resettlement projects, and Lived Experience initiatives.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to lead our volunteer team and engage with local communities. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to recruit, train, and support volunteers.
  • Coordinate community-based activities, events, and projects.
  • Collaborate with local organizations and community groups to promote Healthwatch Swindon's vision and services.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in volunteer management and community engagement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
