About the Job

We are looking for a flexible and approachable individual with a passion for amplifying voices and tackling inequality. As the Community Outreach Manager, you will be responsible for planning and facilitating meetings and events, developing and monitoring services, and creating publicity materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and motivate a diverse group of core volunteers.
  • Coordinate and deliver community-based, volunteer-led activities.
  • Organise surveys, project work, and write reports with recommendations.
Requirements
  • Excellent IT skills, including database management and creating publicity materials.
Benefits
  • A competitive salary of £29,093 per annum (pro rata) reflecting the importance of this role.
