We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Administrator to join our team at Jago Consultants in Southampton, Hampshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Aftersales department, ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage warranty claims and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process large accounts for customers, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of transactions.
  • Prepare and raise paperwork/job packs for customer appointments, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Update vehicle and customer records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support front-line staff with administrative duties, providing a proactive and collaborative approach to team tasks.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing and data entry, as required.
Requirements:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with strong selling skills, excellent communication and telephone skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
