FP&A Analyst Job Description

SF Recruitment is seeking a skilled FP&A Analyst to join a high-growth business in Northampton. This 12-month contract offers a dynamic environment for a finance professional to make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Month-end reporting of actual results, KPIs, and accompanying commentary.
  • Variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Scenario modelling and long-term growth projections.
  • Providing visual reports and ad hoc analyses to support strategic goals.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability.
  • Commercial acumen and experience in forecasting, budgeting, and modelling.
  • CIMA or ACCA qualified.
  • Experience in the legal or professional services sector is desirable.
