An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Counsel to join our firm in Northamptonshire. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £70,000 - £110,000 per annum and the chance to work on high-profile commercial matters.

As a Corporate Counsel, you will be responsible for advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring, as well as drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements.

You will also assist with business development, providing legal advice on compliance and regulatory matters, and fostering strong client relationships.

This role is ideal for individuals with newly qualified status up to 3 years PQE, gained in national firms or reputable niche firms, who are eager to develop their skills and expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
