We are seeking a highly motivated Support Services Manager to join our Philanthropy & Corporate Partnerships team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading support services, contributing to strategic leadership, and driving fundraising initiatives.

About the Team

The Philanthropy & Corporate Partnerships team is responsible for securing funding and resources to support our mission. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with colleagues to achieve our goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Lead support services for the Philanthropy and Corporate Partnerships team.
  • Contribute to the leadership of the team, helping set and enabling the team to exceed financial, non-financial, and other KPIs.
  • Manage the Research Information function, delivering compelling proposals and donor reports.
  • Develop and implement the prospect research programme, identifying opportunities and mapping networks for fundraising.
  • Collaborate with teams to create new project cases, measuring impact and sharing insights for donor communications.
  • Maintain engagement and stewardship materials for use across the high value teams and oversee team webpages.

  • Proven experience leading support service functions.
  • Demonstrated success in managing long-term and complex projects.
  • A strong background in process and systems.
  • Results-focused with a growth mindset and the ability to exceed performance targets including financial.
  • Collaborative and creative approach to identifying new opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire and influence others.
